Please remember that our products are handmade and shipped by us. We do our best to meet deadlines, but delays happen and sometimes we can’t guarantee these timeframes and the timing may be exceeded during peak/busy times and to rural areas. Tax and Duties – please note international orders may occur tax and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered. We suggest contacting your local customs department to confirm before purchases as any duty and tax incurred in the country of the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Option 1: Return for exchange a product

If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us via email – hello@bol-terintimate.com within 5 days of receiving your delivery to request a return.

Please note that we can only accept exchanges or returns of products that are still in the original conditions and with original tags on.

Please use the original box we have sent, do not forget – sustainability is so sexy!

 

a) The customer must be responsible for the shipping costs when shipping the package back and for eventual losses in this process. If the goods are lost in the process no exchange or return will be placed. To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to our address (that we will send by email). 

We will not pay any taxes or customs fees for the returning items. However, we will support the cost of postage in case of an error from our side (mistaken or damaged product).

 

b) The customer should send an email for hello@bol-terintimate.com of the new product/color/size desired. 

If the product you desire is in stock by the time your package arrives at our facilities the exchange will be processed within max 5 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your new tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our facilities.

Option 2: Return for refund

If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us via email – hello@bol-terintimate.com within 5 days of receiving your delivery to request a return.
